Heriberto Laboy-Sanchez, a 29-year-old man from Lorain, Ohio, was found dead on July 2, 2021, in the 2300 block of Apple Avenue. The Lorain Police Department responded to a report of an unresponsive man and discovered Laboy-Sanchez lying in the street.
