Denzyl Williams, a 14-year-old boy from Lorain, Ohio, tragically lost his life on August 22, 2020. Denzyl was shot twice while playing basketball at Oakwood Park in Lorain. He was taken to the hospital in serious condition but succumbed to his injuries the following day. The community was deeply affected by his death, and many gathered at the park to mourn and call for an end to youth violence.
