Kai Lamar Carter, a 28-year-old male from Altoona, PA, tragically lost his life on May 3, 2015. Carter, who was known as "Castro," was fatally shot during a dispute with Jorge Luis Gomez III, also known as "Macho," at a party. The altercation occurred in the early hours of the morning, and witnesses reported that the two had a longstanding feud.
