On February 25, 2020, 15-year-old Devon Pfirsching was tragically killed in an Altoona, PA alley. Devon, a Caucasian male, was lured to the location by a group of teenagers under the pretense of buying marijuana. Once there, he was robbed and shot by the group. The suspects, all of whom were also teenagers, were Owen Southerland, 17, Omedro Davis Jr., 18, and Logan Persing, 18.
