Ashante James Dortch, a 27-year-old man from Cleveland, OH, was tragically shot to death on September 21, 2021. The incident occurred in an apartment complex on North Moreland Boulevard in the Buckeye-Shaker neighborhood. According to preliminary information from the Cleveland Division of Police, Dortch and the suspect knew each other. Dortch went to the suspect's home, and an argument ensued, leading the suspect to shoot Dortch multiple times. The suspect fled the scene but was arrested shortly ...
