Charles Broughton Jr., a 37-year-old African American male from Cleveland, OH, tragically lost his life on May 26, 2014. He was found lying face down on Langly Avenue and was pronounced dead at the scene. His burned-out car was later discovered on Lakeshore Boulevard. The circumstances surrounding his death were particularly brutal, as he had been shot multiple times.
