Laweldon "Woo" McDowell, a 34-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on January 17, 2014, in Cleveland, Ohio. McDowell was shot once in the chest during an altercation that took place in the early hours of the morning on Madison Avenue. He was immediately taken to MetroHealth Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries.
