Arthur Campbell, a 38-year-old male from Cincinnati, Ohio, tragically lost his life on October 17, 2021. He was fatally shot in his car in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood. The incident occurred shortly after 4:30 p.m., and Campbell was pronounced dead at the scene. The Cincinnati Police Department's Homicide Unit, with assistance from the Fugitive Apprehension Squad, launched an investigation into the shooting.
