On the evening of November 22, 2018, Dallas police responded to a prowler call near Pinebrook Drive and Bonnie View Road. While searching a field in the area, officers discovered 18-year-old Dwight Manning, a Black male, who had been shot multiple times. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
