Two men, Deondre Rashad Strange, 27, and Jermaine Howard, 24, were charged with murder in connection with Joshlyn's death. Both men were found at the scene, with Strange being taken to a hospital and Howard being taken into custody.
The Clyde Police Department, along with the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation and the Sandusky County Prosecutor's Office, continued to investigate the incident. The case was eventually presented to a Sandusky County Grand Jury. The police described the incident as isolated, and no additional suspects were at large.
