Zachary Dennis Zach Parrott, a 23-year-old male of unknown ethnicity, tragically died on December 27, 2021, in Sabina, Ohio. He was shot and killed by Phillip Haley, the estranged husband of Kari Haley, Zachary's friend and co-worker. The incident occurred at Kari Haley's home, where she had invited Zachary and a mutual friend over to play board games.
