Byron Donte Moses, a 29-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on July 18, 2018, in Xenia, Ohio. He was fatally shot at the Cedar Trail Apartments on Surrey Trail. When police arrived at the scene, they found Moses dead from a gunshot wound in a hallway of the apartment complex. The incident occurred just after midnight, and officers initially responded to reports of shots fired.
