On June 8, 2022, Delmar Berry, a 44-year-old man from Etna, Ohio, was tragically shot and killed in his nephew Dorrian Brown's home. Berry, who was African American, was found in the dining room of the residence on Gala Avenue, having been shot multiple times in the chest. The incident occurred during a heated confrontation between Berry and Brown, who was 53 years old.
