Daylan James Hawkins, a 39-year-old African American man from Columbus, OH, tragically passed away on July 16, 2022. He was fatally shot at Cain's Sports Lounge on Sullivant Avenue in Columbus. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, and Daylan was pronounced dead at the scene by medics. Another victim, Denver Spencer, 30, was also killed in the shooting, and two other individuals were injured.
