Death by Force

Gerrell Miles, a 36-year-old man from Cleveland, OH, was tragically shot and killed on July 26, 2022. According to police reports, Miles was selling merchandise on the sidewalk outside the Save-A-Lot grocery store near W. 30th Street and Clark Avenue when he was approached by Tykis Banks, a 23-year-old man. The two men got into an argument, which escalated when Banks shot Miles.
