On April 12, 2015, Braylon Robinson, a 1-year-old boy from Cleveland, OH, tragically died after being shot by a 3-year-old child with an unattended handgun. The incident occurred at a home on Cleveland's east side, where Braylon was playing with other children. The handgun was found near the 3-year-old who fired the shot. Braylon's mother, Shanee Robinson, and her boyfriend, Ricard Sims, were present in the room but had their backs turned when the shot was fired.
