Orlando Thorn Jr., a 24-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically passed away on June 2, 2019, in Cleveland, OH. He was pronounced dead at the scene of a fatal shooting that occurred in the 4700 block of Quincy Avenue. The circumstances surrounding his death were investigated by Cleveland police, but as of the latest reports, no arrests have been made in connection with the incident.
