Aaron Williams-Gaston was born on May 16, 1989, in Toledo, Ohio, to Marietta and Robert K. Gaston. He attended Sherman Elementary and Cherry Elementary before graduating from Woodward High School in 2008. He pursued higher education as a freshman at the University of Toledo. Professionally, he worked as a supervisor at Albany Craft Warehouse and also held a position at Domino’s Pizza. Beyond his employment, Aaron was deeply involved in the local music scene under the stage name "Flyedo." He collaborated with other artists in Toledo, performed at local venues, and traveled for music shows.
Despite the tragic circumstances of his death, there is no publicly available information regarding any arrests or suspects connected to the case. Authorities urged anyone with information to contact the Crime Stopper program, allowing callers to remain anonymous while potentially receiving a reward. His family, including his parents, grandfather, two brothers, and sister, mourned his loss and held funeral services at Castillo Funeral Home, followed by an internment at Woodlawn Cemetery.
