Gavin Tyler Osborne, a 21-year-old male of White ethnicity from Columbus, OH, tragically passed away on September 25, 2022. He was fatally shot in the 1200 block of East 18th Avenue in north Columbus. Police responded to the scene just before 1 a.m. and found Osborne suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite immediate medical attention, he was pronounced dead at 1:02 a.m. The incident is currently under investigation as a possible case of self-defense.
