Ashton Anthony "Tony" Penn, a 33-year-old man from Cincinnati, Ohio, tragically lost his life on October 17, 2022. He was found shot inside a car on Sunset Avenue in the West Price Hill neighborhood. A child was also in the vehicle with him, but fortunately, the child was unharmed and later reunited with family members.

The Cincinnati Police Department's investigation led to the arrest of 22-year-old Lorenzo Cobb on February 10, 2023. Cobb was charged with murder in connection to Penn's d ...
