Leonard Powell, a 32-year-old male from Cincinnati, OH, tragically lost his life on September 26, 2020. Powell was shot and killed in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood after being chased down an alley from Vine Street. According to police reports, three men chased Powell and another man before shooting them multiple times. The other victim was transported to the hospital in critical condition.
