Rodney Sean Harris Jr., a 19-year-old African American male from Cincinnati, Ohio, tragically lost his life on December 28, 2022. He was fatally shot in the parking lot behind Raising Cane's on Colerain Avenue in Colerain Township. The incident occurred around 5:07 p.m. when an officer, responding to a separate nearby incident, heard gunshots and called for backup.
