On September 30, 2011, Samuel Brooks, a 29-year-old male, was shot and killed in Cincinnati, Ohio. The incident took place at 802 Oak Street, and Samuel Brooks died on the same day from his injuries. The Cincinnati Police Department, which responded to the incident, has been handling the investigation, but the case remains unsolved. The Ohio Attorney General's office has listed it as an unsolved homicide in their cold case files, seeking any information that could help solve the case.
