Tomas Diego Andres, a 37-year-old Hispanic man, tragically lost his life on December 2, 2022, in Cincinnati, OH. He was shot in the 6300 block of Vine Street in Elmwood Place, alongside another man. Both victims were transported to the hospital, where Tomas was pronounced dead. The condition of the second victim remains unknown.
