Kari Terrell Foskey, a 17-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on February 1, 2007, in Concord, North Carolina. Kari was born on December 31, 1989, in Kings County, New York, to Terry Daniels and Renee Foskey. He was a former student at Concord High School and resided at 278 Fink Ave. N.W., Concord.
