Arnold Jerome Bennett Jr., a 30-year-old African American male, was tragically shot to death shortly after midnight on April 21, 2014, at 764 Central Drive NW in Concord, North Carolina. The incident led to a series of arrests and legal proceedings. On May 9, 2014, James Bolder, a 32-year-old male from Statesville, was charged with the murder of Arnold Bennett.
