Kamarion Degree, a 17-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on July 15, 2022, in Concord, North Carolina. Kamarion was fatally shot during an exchange of gunfire between individuals in two vehicles near Old Charlotte Road SW. According to reports, Kamarion was in one of the cars with people he knew but had no involvement in the shooting itself. His family and friends have emphasized that he was an innocent bystander caught in the crossfire.
