Victor Alfonso Martinez, a 22-year-old Hispanic male, was one of the victims in a tragic shooting incident in Mount Airy, North Carolina, on November 1, 2009. The incident, which is considered one of the largest mass killings in the city's history, also claimed the lives of three other young men: Javier Manuel Martinez, 21, Juan Manuel Martinez, 26, and Marcos Alvedo Aguilar, 21.
