Devosia O'Neil Chatman, a 22-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on May 6, 2012, in Shelby, North Carolina. Devosia was born on February 6, 1990, to Mona Lisa Chatman and the late Jerry O'Neil Lawrence. He attended Burns High School and was known for his vibrant personality and close-knit family ties. Devosia's untimely death occurred at Cleveland Regional Medical Center.
