Spenser Terry Garrison, a 16-year-old male from Goldsboro, NC, tragically passed away on January 13, 2014. Spenser was found dead in a vehicle on Capps Bridge Road near the Little River Bridge, having suffered a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head. His girlfriend, Malia K. Porter, a 15-year-old female from Pikeville, NC, was also found at the scene with a self-inflicted gunshot wound. She was airlifted to Vidant Medical Center in Greenville, where she later died.
