Rashawn Javonte Hill, 17, was arrested after a brief gunfire exchange with police and was charged with two counts of first-degree murder and two counts of robbery with a dangerous weapon. Albert Lamont Jackson Jr., 19, and Kire McNeil, 17, were also charged with the same crimes. Additionally, Michael Williams, 24, and a 14-year-old juvenile were implicated in the crime. All suspects were held without bond.
