Isaiah Manuel Sampeur, a 25-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on January 20, 2014, in Fayetteville, North Carolina. He was fatally shot at the Cambridge Arms apartment complex along with Pamela Ann Coe, 40, during an altercation. According to investigators, the shooting did not appear to be random. The suspects knocked on the apartment door and engaged in a conversation before opening fire.
