Ivery Montreat Elliott, a 34-year-old African American male, passed away on April 5, 2015, in Fayetteville, North Carolina. He was found dead in a house on the 300 block of Dick Street, near downtown Fayetteville. The incident occurred shortly after 5 a.m. on Easter morning. Elliott was shot to death during a party at an illegal liquor house, where multiple people were present.
