Jose Luis Rivera Vedal, a 31-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically killed on March 8, 2014, in Charlotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred on Windsong Drive in south Charlotte, where he was fatally shot by William Moreno. Moreno, also known by the aliases Alex Posada and Leon Estven, is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 5'8" and 165 lbs.
