Tarrance Roshawn Campbell, a 24-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on the night of April 1, 2014, in High Point, North Carolina. The incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. in the 300 block of North Hall Street. Campbell was found lying next to a vehicle, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds. He was immediately transported to High Point Regional Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
