Doral D'Angelo Best, a 42-year-old African American male, passed away on May 13, 2014, in Goldsboro, North Carolina. Known affectionately by his family and friends as "Rell," Doral was born on November 14, 1971, in Wayne County, North Carolina. He was a beloved member of his community, having attended Eastern Wayne High School and graduated from Goldsboro High School in 1991. After high school, he pursued a career as a barber, a profession he was passionate about.
