In the late afternoon of August 15, 2026, the life of 20-year-old Nasire Green was tragically cut short in a burst of gunfire on a street in Goldsboro, North Carolina. The shooting, which also claimed the life of his friend, 20-year-old Tristen Mason, sent shockwaves through the community and launched a double homicide investigation.
