Pertina Maria Isley Tatum, a 40-year-old woman, tragically died on May 16, 2014, in Greensboro, NC. The incident was later determined to be a murder-suicide. Pertina's husband, Patrick Lamont Isley, 44, fatally shot her before turning the weapon on himself. The bodies were discovered at their home on Burtner Street around 6:30 p.m.
