Drew was born on July 7, 1992, in Botosani, Romania, and was the son of Dale Edward Spencer and Deborah Lynn Reaves Spencer. He was a kind-hearted individual with a free spirit, known for his willingness to help others. Drew was employed with Phatt Daddy Landscaping Co. and was looking forward to returning to school and working toward a career.
