Lavar Remo Gregory, a 21-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on October 4, 2014, in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning in the area of Blue Street. Gregory was dropped off at the Cape Fear Valley Medical Center emergency room at approximately 2:30 a.m. Despite the efforts of medical personnel, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival.
