Robert Lee Horton, a 28-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on December 28, 2014, in Clayton, North Carolina. Horton, known to many as "Rob Low," was found shot multiple times inside his mobile home located in the 1000 block of South Lombard Street. The incident occurred just after 2:30 a.m. on that fateful Sunday morning. Despite being rushed to WakeMed, Horton succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.
