Death by Force

Roddricus Eugene Neal, a 25-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on February 28, 2015, in Concord, North Carolina. Neal was found alongside Shaquil Marquise Watkins, both suffering from gunshot wounds, on Griffin Circle in Concord. The two men were transported to Carolinas Medical Center, where Neal was pronounced dead, while Watkins survived with non-life-threatening injuries.
