Davon Williams, a 35-year-old African American male, was found dead on February 17, 2020, in Concord, North Carolina. The incident occurred at the Candlewood Square Apartments, where Williams was discovered alongside another deceased individual, 58-year-old Jeffrey Lee Fort.
