Miguel Angel Urrutia, a 24-year-old Hispanic male, was found dead inside his black Chrysler 200 on March 7, 2015, in Salisbury, NC. Initially, police responded to a call about a car accident at the intersection of Old Mocksville and Hawkinstown roads. Upon arrival, they discovered Urrutia's body inside the vehicle, which was in a ditch. It was soon determined that Urrutia had been shot, and his death was ruled a homicide.
