Devon Daniel McGee, a 24-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on March 5, 2016, in Salisbury, North Carolina. Devon and his brother, Antoine Terrell McGee, were found shot behind the J.C. Price Legion building early that morning. The police were called to the scene at 1:44 a.m. in response to a fight at a party. Upon arrival, officers discovered the brothers in a field behind the building, both suffering from gunshot wounds.
