Thomas George Docher Jr., a 29-year-old man, was fatally shot on April 26, 2015, in east Durham, North Carolina. The incident occurred around 12:30 p.m. in the 1800 block of Fidelity Drive. The Durham Police Department identified the victim as Thomas George Docher Jr. and stated that the shooting happened in broad daylight. The police were unsure if the incident was random and urged anyone with information to come forward.
