Najay Peace, an 18-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on December 5, 2017, in Durham, North Carolina. The incident occurred in the 300 block of South Woodcrest Street. Najay was found with gunshot wounds and was transported to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries shortly after.
