Kevin Lamont Stephens, also known as "Kel-bo," was a 29-year-old African American male who tragically lost his life on July 4, 2015, in Lumberton, North Carolina. Kevin was found shot in the area of Meadowview apartments at approximately 5:15 AM and was pronounced dead at Southeastern Regional Medical Center.
