On November 11, 2023, at approximately 11:21 p.m., deputies from the Robeson County Sheriff's Office responded to a reported shooting at 502 Edward Circle in Lumberton, North Carolina. Upon arrival, they discovered 42-year-old Michael Donavan Hathaway deceased at the scene.

The Robeson County Sheriff's Office Homicide Division has initiated an investigation into Hathaway's death. As of now, no arrests have been made, and authorities have not publicly identified any suspects. The Sherif ...
