Sajjad Nawaz, a 35-year-old male of Pakistani ethnicity, was tragically killed on July 27, 2015, in Lexington, North Carolina. Nawaz was an employee at a convenience store in Davidson County when he was shot during an armed robbery. The incident occurred inside the store, and Nawaz's white Lexus SUV was stolen from the scene and later found at Center United Methodist Church in Lexington.
