Josiah Nolan Fuller, a 3-year-old boy from Statesville, NC, tragically lost his life on August 9, 2015. Josiah, along with his 4-year-old brother Uriah Allen Fuller, was found dead at their home. The brothers were the sons of Shawn and Bianca Eddy Fuller.

The investigation revealed that Josiah and Uriah were shot multiple times by their father, Shawn Fuller. On the morning of the incident, Shawn Fuller, who was intoxicated, got into an altercation with the boys' mother. She fled the house ...
